East Maitland Clinical Psychology Services is a well-established and respected psychology practice in East Maitland, NSW. We are located 30 minutes from Newcastle and the Hunter Valley wine region, and 45 minutes from Port Stephens.

Operating for over 15 years with a very strong referral base, we currently have positions available for caring and experienced Psychologists/Clinical Psychologists to join our friendly and supportive team in a contract position. A salary position may be negotiated for a suitable candidate. 

Ideally, we are looking for someone who would like to work 2 to 5 days per week. We are flexible and family-friendly and would welcome a discussion to discuss days/hours that would suit you. 

We have a very strong referral base of local GP's and other service providers. We pride ourselves on providing a quality and caring client-focused service whilst also ensuring we care for ourselves and each other. 

The suitable applicant will:

• Have experience in providing evidence-based psychological treatment for a range of presentations.
• Have the ability and confidence to work independently.
• Display a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual.
• Have full AHPRA registration. 
• Be registered or be eligible to provide services under the Medicare - Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative.
