About More Good Days

More Good Days is a digital health company supporting people living with chronic pain, injury recovery challenges, and the emotional load that often comes with major life events. Our team combines clinical expertise, innovation, and lived experience to help people feel steadier, more confident, and more in control of their wellbeing.

We take a biopsychosocial approach and blend digital tools with personalised psychological and physiotherapy support to help people understand their symptoms, build resilience, and find more ease in daily life.

About the Role

We’re welcoming psychologists at any stage of their career — whether you’re in your first 1–2 years and looking for strong mentoring and supervision, or you’re a more experienced clinician wanting flexible, meaningful work.

You’ll provide one-on-one telehealth support within our structured programs, helping people living with persistent pain, recovering from injury, or managing post-traumatic symptoms. You’ll be supported by a thoughtful clinical team, clear frameworks, regular supervision, and peer connection.

This role offers complete flexibility: Contractor or employee; Part-time or full-time.

There are also optional pathways to contribute to training, program development, quality improvement, or research — but none of this is required.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Work (Primary)

  • Provide evidence-based psychological support via telehealth
  • Work with people experiencing chronic pain, post-injury challenges, and trauma-related distress
  • Help clients understand their symptoms and build confidence in daily life and movement
  • Integrate mind–body and practical strategies alongside our online program
  • Contribute to treatment planning, risk assessment, and clinical decision-making

Optional Areas (If You’re Interested)

  • Join or contribute to peer supervision and group case discussions
  • Support quality and documentation improvements
  • Collaborate on program development, evaluation, or content creation
  • Provide guidance to other clinicians if you’re a more experienced psychologist

What This Role Offers

  • Flexible hours — part-time or full-time, your choice
  • Contractor or employed options
  • Remote work across Australia (hybrid available in Melbourne)
  • Regular supervision and mentoring for early-career psychologists
  • A supportive, collaborative clinical team
  • A steady flow of referrals and structured care pathways
  • Opportunities to broaden your skills in digital health, trauma-informed care, and persistent pain
  • Optional involvement in training, program refinement, and research

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Are a fully registered psychologist (AHPRA)
  • Are eligible for Medicare provider status
  • Are early in your career or bring many years of experience — both are welcome
  • Have skills or interest in CBT, ACT, trauma-informed work, or mind–body approaches
  • Enjoy supporting people navigating pain, recovery, or post-traumatic symptoms
  • Appreciate structure, quality clinical care, and a supportive team
  • Want genuine flexibility in how you work
  • Are curious, collaborative, and open to trying new ways of delivering care
