We are dedicated to supporting children with Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences through evidence-based assessment and strengths-focused therapeutic approaches.

About Us

Our clinic provides comprehensive psychological assessment, therapeutic support, and family-centred intervention for children and adolescents. We pride ourselves on our warm, collaborative culture; flexible working environment; and strong relationships with GP’s, local schools, paediatricians, and community services. We value neurodiversity and we work from affirming frameworks that recognise individual strengths, honour lived experience, and reduce stigma.

The Role

You will provide high-quality Psychological services on a contract basis to children, young people, and families, including:

  • Autism and ADHD assessments using gold-standard tools
  • Neuroaffirming therapy tailored to each child’s needs and strengths
  • Parent support; psychoeducation; and school collaboration

About You

  • Are a fully Registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) with AHPRA
  • Have experience working with children, adolescents and families
  • Have a strong interest or experience in Autism and ADHD assessment
  • Work from a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based therapeutic modality
  • Value connection, curiosity, and collaboration in clinical practice
  • Enjoy working autonomously within a supportive, small-team environment
  • Possess excellent written and oral communication skills and a commitment to comprehensive, high-quality reporting
  • Hold relevant insurances (Public liability and Professional indemnity)
  • Have an active ABN number and a Medicare Provider Number
  • Hold (or are willing to obtain) Working With Children and Criminal History Checks

What We Offer

  • Flexible part-time work
  • Supportive, neuro-affirming team culture
  • Access to high-quality assessment tools and resources
  • Regular supervision
  • Stable client referrals and full administrative support
  • A waitlist of clients waiting for assessment and treatment
