Small Neurodiversity-Affirming Practice
Are you a compassionate, neuro-affirming Child Psychologist
looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of neurodivergent young people
and their families?
We are a small, welcoming clinic in Morisset NSW. We provide Psychological
assessment and treatment to clients across the lifespan, and we are currently seeking
a Child Psychologist who shares our passion for delivering respectful,
inclusive and culturally safe care.
We are dedicated to supporting children with Autism, ADHD,
and other neurodevelopmental differences through evidence-based assessment and
strengths-focused therapeutic approaches.

Our clinic provides comprehensive psychological assessment,
therapeutic support, and family-centred intervention for children and
adolescents. We pride ourselves on our warm, collaborative culture; flexible

from affirming frameworks that recognise individual strengths, honour lived
experience, and reduce stigma.
The Role
You will provide high-quality Psychological services on a
contract basis to children, young people, and families, including:
- Autism and ADHD assessments using gold-standard
tools
- Neuroaffirming therapy tailored to each child’s
needs and strengths
- Parent support; psychoeducation; and school
collaboration
- Functional capacity assessments and detailed report
writing
- Participation in team case discussions and ongoing
professional development
About
You
We’d love to hear
from you if you:
- Are a fully Registered Psychologist (General or
Clinical) with AHPRA
- Have experience working with children, adolescents
and families
- Have a strong interest or experience in Autism and
ADHD assessment
- Work from a neurodiversity-affirming,
trauma-informed, and strengths-based therapeutic modality
- Value connection, curiosity, and collaboration in
clinical practice
- Enjoy working autonomously within a supportive,
small-team environment
- Possess excellent written and oral communication
skills and a commitment to comprehensive, high-quality reporting
- Hold relevant insurances (Public liability and Professional
indemnity)
- Have an active ABN number and a Medicare Provider
