About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for motivated Clinical Psychologists and Clinical Neuropsychologists to join our experienced Psychology team across various programs within the Allied Health department including the acute and subacute medical wards, our Eating Disorders program and an exciting new opportunity to join a skilled allied health team providing services to the Grampians Health Residential Aged Care Communities.
Support the Director of Psychology to enhance team building and excellence and provide a leadership role within the Psychology team, and Allied Health directorate.
- Are you a Clinical Psychologist or Clinical Neuropsychologist with experience and expertise in the delivery of psychological assessment and intervention with a commitment to public health? (Grade 3)

Key Responsibilities
- Provision of advanced psychological assessment, diagnosis, treatment and intervention for Grampians Health clients in a range of inpatient and outpatient services
- Participate and fulfil requirements of allied health and discipline specific orientation, induction, mentorship, supervision and performance management programs
- Provide a leadership role within the department and Allied Health team (Grade 3)
- Assist the Director of Psychology in the completion of performance management activities
- Actively participate in strategic planning, staff meetings, service development and other relevant forums
Skills & Experience
- Full registration under the Psychology Board of Australia with are of practice endorsement in Clinical Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology. Registrars seeking endorsement are also encouraged to apply.
- Eligible for application for, or hold, approved supervisor status with the Psychology Board of Australia (Grade 3)
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all levels
- A commitment to person-centred care
- Excellent knowledge of psychological assessment, diagnosis and intervention
- Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
