Who We Are
Mind Matters is a well-established psychology practice led by Karen Martin, Principal Clinical Psychologist. Our large team is known for its warmth, clinical excellence, and strong referral base. Read more about our team.
Our beautiful heritage terrace practice is located in the heart of Bondi Junction, designed to feel more like a high-end wellness space than a clinic. With 12 thoughtfully furnished, soundproofed rooms, natural light, and a dedicated group space, it's a place clinicians and clients genuinely enjoy spending time in. Take a tour of our practice here.
We provide therapy and assessments for all ages in a wide range of presentations. We take pride in our detailed triage process, which allows us to pair clients with the psychologist that’s best suited to support and guide them through their therapeutic journey. We take the time to get to know our psychologists and their preferred client population.

About the Role
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Passionate about providing evidence-based therapy
- Compassionate, professional and aligned with our values
- A great communicator – both with clients and colleagues
- Interested in building a long-term connection with a practice and community
Essential requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology
- Full registration with AHPRA
- ACN (or willingness to obtain one)
- Professional indemnity insurance
Desirable (but not required):
- Clinical endorsement or other endorsements
- Board-approved supervisor status
