Flourish with our passionate, innovative team.
At the Centre for Eating, Weight and Body Image (CEWBI), we are committed to supporting people to build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food, weight and body image. We believe that high-quality care for clients is only possible when the clinicians delivering it are supported, valued, and encouraged to thrive in their work. We are now expanding our services with a new clinic location in Albury, alongside our new general psychology practice, Albury Wodonga Psychology.
Our mission is to deliver best-practice, evidence-based, personalised, weight-inclusive, psychological care that empowers individuals and families. How We Work
CEWBI is built on the belief that clinicians provide best-practice care when they are supported, connected, and respected. We provide a structured training, supervision and development program that goes far beyond the minimum. This includes access to our comprehensive training calendar of events with expert clinician-researchers, many of whom offer regular group supervision at CEWBI. We also provide over 60 hours each year of individual and group supervision and professional development, delivered by national and international experts in their respective fields.
We also work closely with GPs, dietitians, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to ensure our clients receive whole-person care. Our best-practice, evidence-based, personalised, weight-inclusive, psychological care approach shapes every part of our practice. We are committed to building a workplace that is inclusive, supportive, and growth-oriented. Supporting clinicians to follow their passion and grow their own niche area of practice.
In Albury, clinicians will have the opportunity to work with clients through both CEWBI and our general psychology service, Albury Wodonga Psychology.
