Your new role:
As the Senior Clinical Neuropsychologist, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based neuropsychological assessment and intervention for patients experiencing cognitive and neurodegenerative conditions. Working within a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will also contribute to service development, clinical education and the ongoing growth of the Psychology Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering advanced clinical neuropsychology services including assessment, intervention and evaluation.
- Applying professional judgement and clinical expertise to complex cases with a high degree of independence.
- Providing supervision, mentoring and support to less experienced clinicians and postgraduate students.
- Contributing to research, quality improvement and service development initiatives.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, patients and carers to deliver patient-centred care and support safe discharge planning and continuity of care.
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Clinical Neuropsychologist who values evidence-based, patient-centred care. You thrive in collaborative environments and contribute to both clinical excellence and team development. You will demonstrate:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage a complex clinical caseload and prioritise competing demands.
- Experience providing supervision and guidance to staff and students.
- Commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and service innovation.
