Forensic Psychologists Pty Ltd has continued to
expand since its establishment in 2012. We are a remotely based team that
provide both assessment and treatment to diverse forensic populations,
primarily from the comforts of your own respective home offices. This means working the days and hours you choose, with the client population group/s you feel competent with, all from home, anywhere around Australia! We are
currently looking for enthusiastic psychologists to join our growing team, on a contractual arrangement, to undertake forensic/medico-legal assessments (and
treatment work if you would like).
Essential Criteria:
- Full AHPRA
Registration
- Relevant
insurances (indemnity and public liability)
- Relevant
checks (WWCC and Criminal History)
- Active ABN
number
- Medicare
Provider Number (if wishing to provide treatment)
- A VIN number for CSNSW gaol bookings (or a willingness to apply)
- Knowledge and understanding
of relevant legislative, ethical and practice requirements
- Demonstrated
experience in preparing a range of court reports (including competency in
administrating, scoring and interpreting a range of psychometrics;
assessment of risk; case formulation and development of accompanying
treatment plans)
- Demonstrated
understanding of presenting issues for complex cases
- Demonstrated
capacity to show initiative, work autonomously and within interagency
contexts (through MOUs)
- Remarkable
time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional written report writing skills
