We are seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our family-focused clinic in a Clinical Lead capacity.
This is a part-time leadership role suited to a psychologist with experience in behavioural therapy supervision and interest in strengthening clinical governance within a small team environment.
Our service provides psychology, counselling and skills-based behavioural therapy to children and families presenting with emotional regulation and behavioural difficulties.
The Role
The Clinical Lead will:

Provide primary supervision and clinical oversight of Behaviour Therapy programs

Review and approve behavioural treatment plans

Lead weekly 1:1 supervision meetings

Monitor documentation quality

Triage and escalate defined high-risk clinical matters

Support and mentor clinicians within the team

Maintain a clinical caseload (approximately 10–15 billable hours per week)
Essential Criteria

AHPRA Registered Psychologist

Experience implementing behavioural therapy programs

Experience working with children and families

Familiarity with NDIS documentation and reporting requirements

Strong written communication skills

Sound clinical judgement and ability to work within defined governance structures
