- Designing and
governing the psychosocial hazard management framework, ensuring alignment
with Victorian OHS legislation while working closely with the Corporate

- Overseeing the Member
Assistance Program including triage within scope, referral pathways,
clinical governance and quality assurance of external wellbeing services.
- Delivering training,
education and capability-building programs that improve wellbeing
literacy, psychological safety and professional performance.
- Using organisational
data, risk indicators and member feedback to recommend proactive system
improvements and inform leadership decision-making.
- Engaging with
committees, internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver impactful
wellbeing initiatives and a consistent, high-quality member experience.
- Supporting a
respectful, positive and psychologically safe organisational culture
through policy development, advice and targeted initiatives.
- Contribute to a safe
and supportive working environment by promoting best-practice
psychological health standards in line with VicBar policies and values.

requires a majority onsite presence to build relationships, identify emerging
issues early, and collaborate effectively across the organisation.

- Experience delivering
strategic wellbeing, organisational psychology or culture-focused
initiatives in complex or professional services environments.

and an understanding of Victorian OHS obligations.
- Demonstrated ability
to translate data, risk insights and member needs into actionable
recommendations.
- Excellent
communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage
sensitively and effectively with barristers, staff and senior
