About
the Role
We
are seeking a dedicated and compassionate psychologist who thrives in building
strong relationships with clients and colleagues. EHMP Psychology has an
established reputation for delivering excellent clinical outcomes, outstanding
client satisfaction, and high-quality care.
Flexible
arrangements are available — from half days to full-time (2.5 to 5 days per
week).
Saturday and Sunday sessions are also an option.
Both Employee and Independent
Contractor positions are available.

Heights, on Kalang Road, surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and a supermarket.
We’re just 2 minutes from the bus stop, with undercover staff
parking available
on-site.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, a
dietitian/nutritionist, and experienced reception staff — many of whom have
been with us since our opening in 2015.

Reception & Admin Support:
Our efficient reception team assists with administration and booking processes,
allowing you to focus on client care while staying compliant with Medicare
requirements.

Professional
Support & Supervision:
Regular supervision and ongoing support are available to promote your
professional growth.

Marketing
& Referrals:
You’ll be featured in our marketing campaigns across print, social media, our
website, and our local professional network. As part of a busy medical practice
with six family doctors, you’ll benefit from a steady referral base.
Candidate
Criteria
·
Registered Psychologist (with or
without Clinical or Counselling endorsement), or an Intern completing their 3rd
or 4th placement.
·
Overseas qualified applicants with
completed equivalency assessments are welcome to apply.
·
Current professional indemnity and
public liability insurance.
·
Competence in CBT with experience in
other evidence-based therapies.
·
Commitment to personal and professional
growth.
·
AHPRA registration and Medicare
provider status (or eligibility).
·
Strong self-management,
professionalism, and organisational skills.
·
Commitment to the philosophy of
“Healthy body, healthy mind.”
·
Experience with children and group
therapy is highly desirable.
