About
the role
The
Mental Health Clinical Nurse:
The
Mental Health Clinical Nurse delivers advanced mental health nursing care using
a patient-centred, recovery-focused approach. The Clinical Nurse assesses,
plans, and coordinates care, provides education and interventions, maintains
documentation, supports quality outcomes, and collaborates on reviews to
improve safety and service delivery.
The
Social Worker:
The
Social Worker provides assessments and therapeutic interventions for
individuals and families using diverse approaches. The Social Worker delivers
reports, collaborates in multidisciplinary teams, consults with agencies, and
contributes to community mental health programs through education, planning,
and evaluation.
The
Occupational Therapist:
The
Occupational Therapist conducts assessments and delivers therapeutic
interventions for individuals and families using diverse approaches. The
Occupational Therapist provides clear reports, collaborates in
multidisciplinary teams, advises agencies, and supports community mental health
through education, program planning, and evaluation.
The
Clinical Psychologist:
The
Clinical Psychologist manages a clinical caseload by assessing and formulating
care for individuals and families. The Clinical Psychologist delivers
evidence-based therapies, conducts psychometric assessments, prepares clear
reports, maintains documentation, and collaborates within multidisciplinary
teams to support effective interventions.
