Remuneration:

Clinical Nurse: $113 979 - $122 048 per annum (F/T) / $57.48 & $61.55 per hour (P/T)

Allied Health Clinician (Mental Health) (Psychologist, Social Worker, Occupational Therapist):

$79 051 - $116 189 per annum (F/T) & $39.86 - $58.59 per hour (P/T)

Application Data:

·        Deliver high quality tele-triage, risk/mental health assessments, treatments, investigations and short-term interventions for consumers presenting with acute episodes of mental illness.

·        Assist members of the public to navigate appropriate care pathways to meet their needs.

·        Apply independent clinical judgement and decision making to complex clinical presentations.

·        Apply knowledge of mental health legislation and policy (including the Mental Health Act (2016) and National Mental Health Standards) to facilitate the delivery of coordinated and integrated mental health services across the CHHHS.

·        Comply with timely and accurate input and collection of consumer related demographic information, diagnosis, outcomes, collections and provision of service activity into relevant electronic databases.

·        Proactively participate as a member of the multi-disciplinary team and promote the services and profile of Access Services within the HHS.

·        Maintain the currency of high-quality clinical practice knowledge, quality activities, skills and expertise by actively contributing to professional development, education, supervision.

·        Proactively contribute to and embrace opportunities associated with changes to clinical service delivery.

·        Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and work policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
