Registered Psychologist (Telehealth, Contractor) | Continuum Teletherapy and Allied Health
I am a dentist and mum of three, and I built Continuum because I kept watching patients fall through the cracks between disciplines. The platform delivers psychology, OT, speech pathology, and dietetics by video, anywhere in Australia. What makes it different is that oral health is woven in alongside allied health from the start, because the two have always belonged together.
Right now I am looking for the right psychologist to open the books with me.
I want to be upfront about where we are. Continuum is a young platform and we are not open for bookings yet. That means your books will not be full from day one. If you need a full caseload immediately, this probably is not the right fit right now. But if you have some flexibility, whether you are building back after parental leave, winding down another role, or simply want to grow something rather than slot into something, this is worth a conversation.
If you have existing clients you would like to bring across, we can talk about how that works.
This role suits someone who wants to practise on their own terms. You work from wherever you are, fully by video. Patients book across weekdays and weekend mornings, so the more availability you can offer the faster your books will grow. If you are based in a regional or rural community, including First Nations communities, and want to serve the people around you without being in a clinic five days a week, this is built for that too.
Our patients include people with disability and complex needs, NDIS participants, people managing anxiety and dental phobia, and anyone who has found getting the right care hard. We are actively building for rural and remote communities and for people who have historically been underserved by mainstream services.
The commercial structure is straightforward. You receive 60% of every session fee, inclusive of superannuation where applicable. Continuum keeps 40% and in return carries all billing, funding body claiming, intake, scheduling support, and platform operations. Your documentation obligation is the clinical note, nothing more. We have built a framework so that you are not spending an hour after every session writing reports to justify the platform keeping its share. You see the client, you write the notes, we handle the rest.
What I am looking for more than anything is someone who wants to collaborate. I am a clinician, not just a platform owner. I want us to build the model together, and back each other up. You would have full clinical autonomy and a Clinical Director who understands what it means to carry a caseload.
AHPRA registration as a psychologist is required. An ABN is required. NDIS Workers Clearance is ideal. Everything else is open to discussion.
If this sounds like the right fit, I would love to hear from you.
