College Counsellor / Psychologist

Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (3–5 days per week)

The College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychologist / College Counsellor to join our Pastoral Care team. This role offers flexibility, with opportunities available on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Applicants are asked to specify their preferred working days in their application.

Please note that this is an on-site position, and remote work arrangements are not available.

Responsibilities include individual and group counselling and working with teachers and parents to advise on the emotional, behavioural and social needs of students. This position also has responsibility for guiding families to external services when required and close collaboration with key members of staff at the school.

The successful applicant will be a qualified psychologist experienced in working with young people and who understands the complexities of adolescent development and difficulties that may be experienced by students at various stages.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications are required. Applicants must be registered with AHPRA and be eligible for membership of the APS.
