Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to Join Our Team

About Us

Morgana Walker Psychology is a neurodiversity-affirming practice supporting children, teens, adults and families. We provide warm, strengths-based care grounded in evidence-based approaches, play therapy, filial therapy, and inclusive practice.

We are expanding and seeking psychologists who value connection, curiosity, and compassion — and who want to work in a practice that celebrates neurodiversity rather than pathologising it.

The Role

We are looking for psychologists who are passionate about working with neurodivergent clients and families. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, contribute to innovative parent education programs, and be part of a practice that prioritises wellbeing, sustainability, and genuine human connection.

You will be supported by a full-time Admin Assistant (reception + operations), streamlined systems, and a Director committed to creating a safe, collaborative, and nurturing environment.

What We Offer

  • Beautiful Northcote consulting rooms
  • A neurodiversity-affirming, values-driven team culture
  • Full administrative support (Halaxy, billing, scheduling, reception)
  • Flexible hours and autonomy
  • Opportunities to contribute to the Neurodivergent Parent Academy
  • Access to professional development and collaborative learning
  • A practice that protects your wellbeing and supports sustainable work

Who We’re Looking For

  • Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience with neurodivergent clients (or willingness to learn)
  • Warm, reflective, client-centred
  • Interested in collaborative practice and innovative service delivery
  • Values-aligned with neurodiversity-affirming care

How to Apply

Please email your CV and a short expression of interest to: [email protected]

Tell us:

  • What draws you to neurodiversity-affirming practice
  • What type of caseload you enjoy
  • What support you need to thrive

We welcome early-career and experienced psychologists.
