About the role

• These exciting positions for early-career psychologists are designed to support your transition into the workforce after completing your university-based training, while you undertake your clinical registrar program.
• Two positions are available for new-graduate psychologists seeking clinical psychology endorsement, commencing February 2025
• During your two-year registrar period, you will complete two 12-month rotations in the headspace Youth Early Psychosis Program (Narre Warren), and in headspace Primary clinic (Elsternwick and Syndal).
• You will provide a range of clinical psychology services to consumers within each service that you rotate through, including but not limited to:  formal psychological assessment, individual, family and group therapy, and clinical case management.
• You will be supported by highly experienced supervisors in each rotation, receive supervision provided by a dedicated Psychology Educator throughout your two-year program, and attend regular peer group supervision.
• We are seeking applications from current final year Clinical Psychology Masters/Doctoral candidates who currently hold provisional registration and expect to attain General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia by no later than end of January 2025.
