At Change Your Mind Psychology (CYMP), we take pride in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to clients aged 16 and older. Located in Laverton, we have supported our community for years by addressing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges.
Our practice is co-located with a speech pathology clinic, creating opportunities for collaboration and cross-referrals. Conveniently, we are close to public transport, making access easy for both clients and psychologists.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking one psychologist to join our team. If you’re interested in job sharing, we’re open to considering multiple candidates to ensure flexibility and comprehensive coverage.
Your Responsibilities
•Take charge of your client bookings and payments, using provided EFTPOS tools and following up on outstanding accounts.
•Deliver evidence-based therapy tailored to your skills and client needs.
•Keep accurate and timely notes with the help of Splose AI.
•Collaborate with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals.
•Facilitate workshops or group programs (optional) as part of our 2025 services.
•Stay compliant with AHPRA requirements, including registration, CPD, and ethical standards.
•Maintain current indemnity insurance, public liability insurance, and a valid Working with Children Check.
What You Bring
We’re looking for passionate, skilled psychologists who want to make a meaningful impact.
•Provisional Psychologists: Enrolled in a Master of Professional Psychology or 4+2/5+1 pathway and committed to evidence-based practice.
•Registered or Clinical Psychologists: Fully registered with AHPRA and skilled in delivering therapy for a range of client needs, from moderate to complex cases. Experience with assessments, child therapy, or IFS therapy is highly valued.
•Strong organisational and communication skills.
•A commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused care.
•Work Rights: You must have the right to work in Australia on a permanent and ongoing basis.
