What our Team Thinks
Does the above sound too good to be true…?
We have regular discussion with our team around why they love
working with us and how we can work on consistently improving as a practice and
team.
Below is some feedback from some of our team members:
Stefanie Condello, Receptionist: “Integral Psychology is
a wonderful and welcoming company to work for. The practice creates a welcoming
and friendly environment, and the practice director Doris will go above and
beyond to make you feel appreciated and like a valued member of the team. Not
only do I love being part of a team with people who are always willing to help
and provide advice, but I thoroughly enjoy our team dinners and meetings as
they provide a chance to connect with coworkers.”
Kelly Hunt, Psychologist: “The work we do as psychologists is
hard. It can be isolating and tough, but as part of this team it doesn’t feel
so tough. Doris leads our team with humour and kind encouragement, consistently
building us up to be the very best we can be. Doris makes time to be available
and present, freely offering advice and insight, which as a new psych is a
gift. Stefanie is our backbone, running front of house efficiently and ensuring
that we have everything we need and more, making our job 100 times easier. Stef
removes barriers we haven’t yet anticipated and makes sure we're always a step
ahead.
We're silly together, we nerd out together, we grab moments at
the kettle to support each other, which makes hard work, seem a little less
hard.”
Gabriela Tavella, Provisional Psychologist: “Doing my clinical
psychology placement at Integral Psychology has been an incredibly rewarding
experience. The clinic provides a great balance of autonomy and collaboration,
and I have learnt a lot through both individual and group supervision at the clinic.
The team has gone out of their way to make me feel like a valued member, and I
feel very well-supported here as an early-career psychologist.”
