Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision to trainee clinical psychologists on placement in the Psychology Clinic
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the Psychology Clinic
- Liaise with the Director of Professional Programs, Clinical Psychology Placement Coordinator, and other Clinical Psychology Supervisors working in the Psychology Clinic
- Provide supervision of the Psychology Clinic Receptionist
- Assist with maintaining adequate, up-to-date resources (psychological assessment tools, books, videos) to be available in the Psychology Clinic
- Provide a minimum of 30 hours clinical supervision (development and evaluation of performance) to each trainee clinical psychologist on placement in the Psychology Clinic
- Ensure suitable allocation of clients to trainee clinical psychologists based in the Psychology Clinic, matching client need with student competence and developmental needs
- Identify student needs and liaise with the Director of Professional Programs, Clinical Psychology Placement Coordinator and Supervising Clinical Psychologists on student development
- Provide adequate supervisory cover of the Psychology Clinic during rostered working hours
- Maintain training and supervisory relationships with students on placement in the Psychology Clinic
- Maintain professional relationships with relevant community agencies.
Essential Skills Required
- Minimum Education Required: Professionally recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology
- Experience working as a Clinical Psychologist for a minimum of 3 years fulltime or equivalent
- Eligibility for inclusion on the Singapore Register of Psychologists
- Experience in the supervision and training of clinical psychologists
- Training as a clinical psychology supervisor is desirable
- Knowledge and understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action principles as applicable

Employment type: Fulltime position subject to Ministry of Manpower Singapore jurisdiction and a probationary period
Remuneration and conditions: An attractive package will be negotiated with the successful applicant (including relocation expenses and initial accommodation costs) commensurate with qualifications and experience. Candidates should note the relatively lower taxation rates in Singapore and the possibility of an annual wage supplement equal to a month’s salary at the end of the calendar year.
