What you’ll be doing
• Take ownership of consulting projects from start to finish
• Work directly with senior leaders to drive change that matters
• Deliver organisational wellbeing, leadership and capability initiatives
• Turn data into clear insights that transform workplace performance
• Shape the future of a rapidly expanding consulting practice

You’re a great fit if you
• Are a Registered Psychologist (AHPRA) — Organisational Psychology is essential
• Have consulting or organisational experience in real workplace settings
• Are confident engaging senior stakeholders and leading delivery
• Bring strong analytical and communication skills
• Want to contribute ideas, influence direction and step into leadership
• Prefer environments where you own outcomes and can make decisions
• Have experience in consulting and project management (highly regarded)
