Early Career Psychologist role within Multidisciplinary Pain Clinic and Psychology clinic

Part and Full Time Early Career Psychologist role  - Clinical and Health Endorsement supervision available

Empower Rehab and Psychology incorporates a pain clinic and psychology clinic providing an early career psychologist the opportunity to explore work with a range of different client presentations. Some clients will present with pain and the associated impacts on mood and sleep. Other clients will present with psychological presentations such as depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties and trauma.

We focus on developing a clear formulation and use a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ACT, EMDR, and schema therapy, to empower people to achieve their goals.

 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in working with a broad range of presentations. There may be scope to specialize and develop service offerings in your area of interest as we have strong referrer relationships. Significant pain management training and supervision can be offered to interested applicants. 

 

We offer:                                                                                            

·       2-5 days per week with possible out of hours sessions

·       Permanent Part Time or Full Time employment

Position requirements:

  • Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
