Disaster Recovery Team and apply your advanced clinical expertise to
make a meaningful difference to individuals, families, and carers during times
of mass trauma.
In this role
you will
- Operate as part of a multidisciplinary mental
health team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
- Provide outreach services including trauma-focused
assessments, practical advice, and time-limited interventions.
- Support recovery through case management, care
planning, and group work.
- Apply advanced clinical knowledge, problem-solving,
and community development skills to complex cases.
- Ensure compliance with Queensland Recovery Plan
standards and National Standards for Mental Health Services.
- Provide advanced clinical input and guidance within
the multidisciplinary team to ensure complex cases are managed to the
highest standards.

What You’ll Need
- Four-year Psychology degree (Honours or Graduate
Diploma)
- Class “C” motor vehicle licence
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and
experience in contemporary practice standards.
