Remuneration:
You will
receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $173,368 p.a.,
comprising salary between $139,951 - $151,949 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7) or $144,991
- $151,289 p.a. (HP5), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%)
and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 7/HP5) (Permanent Full Time, 76

The Nurse Unit
Manager (NUM) is a clinical manager, accountable at an advanced practice level
for the coordination of patient-centred clinical practice and the provision of
human and material resources within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation
Bundaberg Service. This includes community-facing services such as the
Transition Care Program, Better Cardiac Care, Behaviour
Response Team and Nurse Navigators. The NUM provides professional and
operational leadership and direction to nursing staff, as well as operational
leadership to administration, allied health, and operational staff, and is
responsible for the facilitation and provision of quality and cost-effective
multi-disciplinary services which are consistent with contemporary standards
and best practice within the Integrated Care Rehabilitation Bundaberg
Service.
