About the Role
RMH Mental Health Services provides recovery-oriented,

This is a unique leadership opportunity within RMH Mental
Health Services’ Autism Specialist Team. You will coordinate and lead a
multidisciplinary service supporting adult consumers who are autistic or
undergoing autism assessment.
Key Responsibilities
Working alongside a Consultant Psychiatrist, Clinical
Psychologist, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, medical staff and an
Autistic Consumer Peer Worker, you will:
- Lead
autism assessment, diagnostic and consultation processes
- Provide
specialist clinical input and ongoing wellbeing support
- Coordinate
service delivery, team operations and staff
- Support
group programs and recovery-focused interventions
- Drive
service development, research and quality improvement initiatives
- Strengthen
referral pathways and build capability across the service
About You
- Qualified
and experienced at AH5 / P4 / RN5 / SP5 level (or equivalent)
- Strong
leadership experience within a multidisciplinary mental health setting
- Extensive
experience in assessment and treatment of mental illness and psychosocial
disability
- Skilled
in-service development, coordination and quality improvement
- Excellent
communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Strong
understanding of public mental health services, legislation and policy
frameworks
