This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, supporting children and their families while developing your clinical and professional skills.

About Splash Paediatric Therapy
Splash Paediatric Therapy (SPT) is a multidisciplinary paediatric practice providing Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Mental Health and Physiotherapy services to children and their families. Our team of clinicians and administrative staff work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, family-centred care that supports children to participate and thrive within their communities.
You’ll work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team providing assessment and therapy services to children with a range of developmental needs. The role involves close collaboration with families, educators, and community services to deliver goal-directed, meaningful interventions.
We provide a structured induction, ongoing supervision and support, and targeted professional development to build your skills and confidence in paediatric psychology.
About You
You’re a psychologist who enjoys working with children and families.

Build rapport easily and communicate clearly with families and stakeholders

Apply sound clinical reasoning to assessment and goal-directed intervention

Are comfortable providing consultations to kindergartens, schools, and community services

Work proactively while valuing regular supervision, feedback, and team connection
You’ll be supported through weekly 1:1 check-ins, access to an approachable leadership team, and a workplace that prioritises professional development and wellbeing.
