ARE YOU A CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST LOOKING FOR A CHANGE?
About You
Are you a psychologist looking to break out of working in a silo? Would you enjoy working as part of a team, with strong support, to get the best outcomes for your clients? Would you like a role where your admin burden is minimised? Would you like to have the flexibility to set your own hours, work with clients face to face or from home via telehealth with a sustainable case load?
About Us
At Noi Clinic, we take a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to helping individuals manage their health, weight and relationship with food. Body positivity and self-worth are paramount to the model of care we provide for our clients.
Ours is a unique model, with a combination of a dietitian, doctor (GP), psychologists and a nurse, working together to get the best outcomes for patients.
Whilst we work in weight management, the clinical presentations of our patients include comorbidities such as depression and anxiety, complex trauma, disordered eating, neurodiversity and ADHD.
We are strongly evidence-based with a combined 20 years' experience in medical and surgical weight management. We keep up to date with all the latest evidence in this rapidly expanding field.
This would be an ideal job for you if you:
Love people and enjoy adding value to their lives.
Are passionate about psychology and feel you would like to make a difference.
Enjoy learning and staying current with best practice.
Thrive working in a supportive team environment and are tired of working in isolation
Are interested in weight management psychology, disordered eating or ADHD, or you are keen to develop expertise in these areas
Want to be well remunerated, with flexibility and autonomy over your working life
The benefits of working with us:
Real flexibility — work 1–2 days per week to start, with potential to grow; choose the balance of in-clinic and telehealth that suits you and your clients; set your own hours and fees
A genuine team — remunerated case conferences, shared care planning, and colleagues who are aligned with your values and invested in your clinical growth
Boutique scale - you are not a number on a spreadsheet; we know we are only as good as our practitioners, and a flourishing team means a flourishing clinic
Contribution to innovation — interested in education and content? You'll have the opportunity to contribute to an online patient education program (only if you desire) and help shape new ways of working
Competitive remuneration — flexible billing arrangements with the ability to set your own fees
Applicant must be a Psychologist.
You must have:
• AHPRA registration.
• Own insurance.
• Understanding and willingness to work with a non-judgemental approach to individuals living in larger bodies.
Specific experience in weight management is not necessary; however, 2 years of experience in general psychology and a desire to learn and be actively involved in a multidisciplinary team is essential.
