Build a Career You Love at Mind Matters
Are you looking for more than just your next role?
At Mind Matters, we're passionate about creating an environment where psychologists can do their best work, continue growing professionally, and genuinely enjoy coming to work each day.
We're looking for a Clinical Psychologist, Registered Psychologist, or Clinical Psychology Registrar to join our warm, collaborative practice in Bondi Junction.
Whether you're looking for 2 days per week or full-time, we'll work with you to create a schedule that supports both your career and your wellbeing.
About Mind Matters
Mind Matters is a thriving private psychology practice led by Principal Clinical Psychologist Karen Martin. We've built a strong reputation for providing exceptional client care while fostering a workplace where psychologists feel supported, valued and connected.
Our team provides therapy and psychological assessments across the lifespan, supporting children, adolescents and adults with a broad range of presentations. Read more about our team.
One of the things that sets us apart is our thoughtful referral and triage process. Rather than simply filling diaries, we carefully match clients with clinicians based on experience, interests, therapeutic style and personality. This helps our psychologists build a caseload they genuinely enjoy while ensuring clients receive the best possible care.
Our purpose-built practice is located in a beautifully renovated heritage terrace in the heart of Bondi Junction. With twelve spacious, soundproof consulting rooms, abundant natural light, tranquil garden outlooks, and dedicated group and mindfulness spaces, it's designed to be a place where both clinicians and clients feel comfortable, calm and inspired.
