The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our team. If you’re tired of the isolation that often comes with private practice, you’ll love it here. We prioritize your well-being with a burnout prevention model that actually works: manageable caseloads, and a balanced mix of presentations.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is not just a great clinician, but a great human. If you’re honest, ethical, and have a genuine **hunger to learn and grow, and love a laugh you’ll fit right in.

We’d love to meet you if:

- You’re a Registered or Clinical Psychologist who loves creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients.

- You have a strong interest in Anxiety Disorders (and maybe a soft spot for working with kids and teens—that’s a huge plus!).

- You’re independent and can manage your caseload like a pro, but you also love having a team to bounce ideas off of.

- You’re someone who wants to contribute to the practice and grow alongside us.

Our Location

Our office is located by the water in the beautiful, family-friendly Sylvania Waters. We’ve been a part of this community for over 20 years, with deep roots in local schools and medical facilities. Plus, there’s free onsite parking—no more circling the block for a spot!
